VocueTerms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vocue ("we"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for the Vocue app and service. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to it secure; anyone with access to your email can sign in to your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Vocue.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of coaching minutes and practice reviews, shown in the app. Unused allowance doesn't roll over.
- Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in Settings → Account → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If Vocue is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vocue to record people unlawfully, to break the law, or to interfere with the service (for example by reverse-engineering usage limits or reselling access). You are responsible for getting any consent the law requires when your microphone may capture other people.
Coaching is guidance, not a guarantee
Scores, transcripts and AI feedback are automated and can be wrong. Vocue is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Vocue is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Vocue and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
